Australia Post & Australian Air Express
Glamcostume uses Australia Post and Australian Air Express for shipping it's items. Express post is used for Purchasers withing Australia whilst Airmail Parcel Post is used for purchasers internationally. Orders received and paid for before 1pm any business day will be dispatched same day. Express Post provides a next day delivery whilst Airmail Parcel Post typically takes 3-6 business days.

Returns Policy

We want you to have fun with your Glamcostume purchase, and recommend our online store to all your friends. That's why we provide a No Fuss Refund Policy.

Returns Policy  

Glamcostume provides a No Fuss Refund policy for all unworn items. You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Any return received with missing items or without the original packaging will not be refunded. Please see list of items we can not provide refunds on below.

How to Process your Return  

If you need to return an item, simply contact us via email. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Wrong Size

If you need a different size, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) through our website immediately, and return the item(s) you have already received. This is necessary as the  item may be out of stock by the time we receive your return, and it will ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s). All appropriate policies apply to all returned items. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, not including additional postage and handling. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the item.

Items we can not accept returns

The following items can only be returned if they are unopened, in their original packaging and never worn or tried on.
