We use the Australia Post eParcel and eParcel Express Post Network within Australia. Australia Post and UPS are used for International deliveries.


These services require signature on delivery, and allow delivery to Residential, Business and PO
Boxes within Australia. If you will not be home to collect your parcel, the parcel will be taken to an Australia Post Outlet, and a collection card will be left in your mail box. In this case, the item may not be ready for collection until later in the day, or in some circumstances the following day, this is dependent on your local delivery driver’s run times. To avoid this occurring, please have your item delivered to a location where it can be signed for. Please note that the delivery driver can obtain a signature from anybody at that delivery address.
Alternatively - you can request an ‘authority to leave’ that is a comment on your order to say “please leave by my front door if not home” or similar. We will include these comments on our eParcel Label, but it is at the discretion of the Delivery Driver they feel the item is safe. Items with Authority to Leave are at the buyers risk.
All orders placed before 3pm are processed that day from our Ormeau Location. Ormeau is located in Queensland, in between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and forms part of the Brisbane Metropolitan Postal Australia Post Network (postcode is 4208). If your item is located within Our Ormeau Warehouse it is typically shipped that day. If the item is in another warehouse - our delivery times will be described against the product.
The Australia Post Express Post Service guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post network. Please check the table below to see if your post code falls within this network.

Damage or loss in transit in domestic post is very rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.
International Postage
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or postage charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional cost will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (postage) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional postage charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” - AU and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Air Mail is the standard service accommodating letters and parcels up to 20kg, which can be relied on to deliver items to virtually any address in the world.

Australia Post will carry the items until they leave Australia, they are then handed over to local postal services. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are stuck in customs, or not delivered by a third party.
While 3-10 working days are usual, we are unable to lodge an investigation until 3 weeks after an item is sent. If you have not received your parcel within 3 weeks, please let us know and we will lodge an Australia Post investigation immediately. Australia post will respond in writing to us within 30 days.
If an item is not accepted at the delivery address, it is returned to us via sea mail, and may take up to 3 months.
While Damage or loss in transit is rare, we cannot take responsibility for items sent via Airmail.
In every situation, we keep proof of prompt postage, but risk of non-delivery is the buyers responsibility.

Registered Post International
Registered Post International Parcels offers an added security service for merchandise items, proof of posting, and a signature on delivery. It is available for items weighing between 500g to 2kg with a value less than $500. It offers reliable delivery within 3 to 10 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities. Out of Stocks
We update our sites product availability multiple times a day however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
