Orders received and paid for before 1pm any business day will be dispatched same day. Express Post provides a next day delivery whilst Airmail Parcel Post typically takes 3-6 business days.

Returns Policy

Glamcostume provides a No Fuss Return policy for all unworn items. You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full store credit less postage.

All returns, refunds, exchanges or store credits - must be advised to us in email at returns@glamcostume.com and we must receive the item within 7 days of the delivery.

How to Process your Return  

If you need to return an item, simply contact us via email (returns@glamcostume.com) . We'll notify you via e-mail of return your once we've received and processed the returned item.

Wrong Size

If you need a different size, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) through our website immediately, and return the item(s) you have already received. This is necessary as the item may be out of stock by the time we receive your return, and it will ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s). All appropriate policies apply to all returned items. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, not including additional postage and handling. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the item.
